1. Who we are

FluenzaAI ("we", "us") is an AI influencer studio operated by Fluenza Labs. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you choose (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details. You can cancel or manage your subscription from the billing portal, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

4. Generation limits

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI images, posts and reels. Limits are enforced on our servers. Unused allowance does not roll over.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the characters, prompts and reference photos you upload, and of the images and reels generated from them. You grant us the limited right to store and process that content solely to operate the service. You confirm you have the rights to any reference photo or product image you upload.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use FluenzaAI to create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual likenesses of real people, deceptive impersonation, harassment, or anything unlawful. We remove such content and terminate the accounts responsible.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated content will meet a specific commercial outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and contact
